Dawson opened his first business at 19, a coffee shop that taught him cash flow and margins fast. He worked in warehouses, flooring, electrical, and insurance before Mike Scheffert brought him into fractional finance. Today he's the CFO for two multi-million-dollar companies and leads 1610's AI work. He works from a treehouse office on the farm his family has stewarded for six generations, just south of Lincoln.
