Ignite Flight Academy is a flight academy in Lincoln, Nebraska, led by Bill and Sarah Heckathorn.
This isn't a rescue story. When we started working together in early 2024, Ignite was doing well. But as the school grew, its numbers got more complex, and Bill and Sarah wanted a clearer picture of where they stood and what was coming.
We modernized their financial tools and processes, added dashboards, and built scenario planning so decisions could be grounded in the numbers. We've met quarterly ever since, helping them plan ahead and navigate whatever the business brings.
"As Ignite grew, our numbers got more complex," Bill says, "and they've helped us keep our arms around them."
They already ran the business well. We help them see what's going on.
